We welcome beginners in all of our classes, but if you’re new to yoga, we recommend starting with our beginner-friendly or all-levels classes. Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?

Can I participate in live online classes if I’m unable to attend in person?

Absolutely! We offer live online classes via Zoom for those who are unable to attend in person or prefer to practice from the comfort of their own space. Simply register for the class you’d like to attend, and you’ll receive a link to join the live session at the scheduled time.

What should I bring to a yoga class?

For your comfort and convenience, we recommend bringing a yoga mat, water bottle, towel, and comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Some students also like to bring props such as blocks, straps, or blankets, but these are optional as we provide them in our studio.

What if I have a pre-existing injury or medical condition?
